This is a temperature data logger, that, regardless, you plug it clog up your PC or can not work on the PC.
You can use it anywhere, andy time and records the temperature, when and where. Once the built-in battery is full, it can independently represent a continuous working 4 months (or up to 5 months).
If it is logging data, it is an LED flash. You can even have a temperature when the data is compatible with the area, the green LED blinks when it is out of the area, it will blink blue when it is logging data, it flashes red.
If you have had sufficient data (or reach the standby time), you can to your PC for charging (the Temper Live) and loading data to connect to the PC.
